The Wagging Trail is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for dogs in need on our dog walks and our dog training services in Chalfont St Peter. We are a family run dog walking and dog training business in Chalfont st Peter Buckinghamshire set up purely based on the family's love for dogs. Our love for dogs started with our first family dog Ben after we decided to get a dog to ease our family's pain after the birth of our stillborn son and since then we have added more kids and most importantly dogs to our family home. We truly believe dogs have a special place in our homes and thats why we set up a business making sure all the dogs in the South Buckinghamshire area get all the love and care they need. We care for your dogs just as much as we would one of our own.

Pack dog walking.
Taking your dog out on a socialising walk with other dogs in our care a maximum of 6 dogs walked at a time through the Chalfont and Gerrards cross countryside. Lots of fun to be had for your dog on these hour long dog walks in the south bucks countryside
Solo dog walking.
If your dog prefers their own space and likes to be walked alone then we offer a solo dog walking service, where we will take your dog out on its own into the beautiful areas of Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards cross and Chalfont St Giles
solo walk and train
Solo walk and train is more then just taking your dog for a walk. We actually train your dog on their walk, working on things we discuss prior to the walks that you want to improve.Things such as, loose lead walking, recall, manners, play, socialisation, building focus on the walker rather then the environment, just to name a few things. This is a perfect service for you if you want more then just a walk, you want help training your dog while also getting help exercising your dog when you are at work etc if you are struggling with walks not being enjoyable with your dog then we can help change that.
Puppy training
Have you just brought a new furry friend into your home, getting a new puppy is one of the most magical things...but it can also be one of the most challenging things. Starting to train them the moment they come home is the best way to start, just like when kids are young puppies are like sponges soaking up all the training you put them through. If you want help training your puppy so you have a well behaved, happy companion for life then we can help with things such as...household training, household manners, crate training, socialisation, loose lead walking, recall and breed specific play.
